Female robbery gang leader stripped naked by mob in Port Harcourt [PHOTO]

A female leader of an alleged robbery gang on Thursday was caught and stripped naked by an angry mob in Port Harcourt.

It was gathered that the suspect was the leader of a gang of ‘one-chance- robbers’ that has been terrorizing the people of the state for months.

According to an eyewitness, the woman was caught in action alongside other members of her gang after they had snatched a bag containing about N2 million from one of their victims along the Cottage Hospital, Roumubiakani, Port Harcourt.

“After collecting the money from the man, they tried to escape in their operational vehicle but the victim raised the alarm and the crowd managed to block the gang’s escape and captured them.”

The timely intervention of the police saved them from being lynched.
